Shipping and Returns
We're operating business as usual, however, please be advised there may be some external shipping delays due to COVID-19. For further information please refer to Sendle COVID-19 Update.
All delivery parcels will be “Authority to Leave”, to minimise social interactions in accordance with official COVID-19 guidelines.
Sendle expects international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Sendle partners with partner postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. Due to COVID-19 Sendle are not delivering to all countries. For further information please refer to Sendle full list of suspended destinations.
STANDARD DISPATCH TIMEFRAME
These are general estimates only and once your order has left our dispatch it is then in the hands of the delivery courier to get it to you as soon as possible.
Orders are dispatched from our office 1-2 business days after order is received.
Please note we can not send to Australia Post PO Boxes. Sendle can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
Standard Australian orders are sent via Sendle and will be with you in 6-12 business days.
Western Australian orders sent via Sendle will be with you in 1-6 business days.
Remote Australian Locations depends on Sendle individual quoting.
Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes when the goods enter the country. Geologie Cosmetics is not responsible for any custom or duty charges incurred to receive the goods upon arrival to your country.
International orders will be sent via Sendle and will be with you in 10-27 business days in most locations. For international deliveries, for the most part we can send to international post office and P.O Boxes.

We gladly accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We don't accept returns or refunds due to the nature of the products.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
